1 Block Cream Cheese
3/4 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
10 Pieces of cooked bacon cut up
1 & 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 & 1/2 Cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
1 Tablespoo Paprika
5oz Green Chiles
5oz Jalapeno
Mix in 8 by 10 dish or bowl
Add sliced Jalapeno on top of the dish.
Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes
2 blocks of cream Cheese
1/3 cup Sweet Baby Ray Wing sauce
1 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
1 Pepper Top Stem
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix throughly. Form into a ball and roll in some extra cheddar cheese. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Refrigerate for an hour and then unwrap and place pepper stem on top. Optional tie stings around wrapped ball to make indents like a pumpkin
Makes 2 cups of delicious BBQ Sauce
3/4 cup Coke Zero
3/4 cup Ketchup or Spicy Ketchup
2 Tablespoons Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce (Woozy)
2 Tablespoons Minced Onion
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan over high heat. Bring to a boil. Cover pan; reduce heat and let simmer about 45 minutes. Stir occasionally
2oz to 3oz Vodka - Rod uses Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka
5oz Lemonade
.5oz Grenadine
Garnish with Lemon wedge or Cherry
Combine all ingredients in a shaker or 12oz cup with ice and mix throughly.

16oz Ground Beef
8oz Spaghetti Sauce
8oz Cottage Cheese
8oz Mozzarella Cheese
3 TBS of Italian Seasoning
2 TBS Parsley Flakes
Cook the ground beef and drain off grease.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Place in a baking dish and top with Spaghetti sauce and Cheese. Bake in oven at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes

6oz Catsup ( Mom's Spelling)
4oz Water
8oz Spaghetti Sauce
2oz White Vinegar
2 TBS of Brown Sugar
3 TBS of Tobasco
1 TBS Chopped Onion
2 TBS Worcestereshire Sauce (Woozy)
1.5 TSP Salt
1 TSP Pepper
1TSP Dry Mustard
Combine all ingredients in a pot and mix together. Simmer for 30 minutes
