Tailgate On!
2 blocks of cream Cheese
1/3 cup Sweet Baby Ray Wing sauce
1 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
1 Pepper Top Stem
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix throughly. Form into a ball and roll in some extra cheddar cheese. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Refrigerate for an hour and then unwrap and place pepper stem on top. Optional tie stings around wrapped ball to make indents like a pumpkin
Makes 2 cups of delicious BBQ Sauce
3/4 cup Coke Zero
3/4 cup Ketchup or Spicy Ketchup
2 Tablespoons Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce (Woozy)
2 Tablespoons Minced Onion
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan over high heat. Bring to a boil. Cover pan; reduce heat and let simmer about 45 minutes. Stir occasionally
5oz Green Chiles
1 Block Cream Cheese
3/4 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
10 Pieces of cooked bacon cut up
1 & 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 & 1/2 Cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
1 Tablespoo Paprika
5oz Green Chiles
5oz Jalapeno
Mix in 8 by 10 dish or bowl
Add sliced Jalapeno on top of the dish.
Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes
