Tailgate On!
12 Hard Boiled Eggs -Peeled
1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise. Can sub Sour Cream but not as good
1/2 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Pepper
1/2 TSP Paprika
3 TBSP Capers or to taste. You can sub Diced Jalapenos if you want spicy.
1 TBSP Green Food Coloring
1/2 Cup Distilled White Vinegar
Cut the hard boiled eggs in half long way. Remove to yolk and place in bowl. In seperate bowl mix in 1/2 cup White Vinegar, 1 TBSP Green Food Coloring, 2 TBSP Water. Place egg whites in green mixture bowl soak for 15 minutes or until egg whites green in color. Remove green egg whites and damp dry with paper towel and chop into generous size pieces.
Combine all other ingredients including yolks in a bowl and mix throughly. Add in Green egg whiters and mix lightly. Refrigerate for an hour and then serve on Hawaiian rolls or bread.
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Brick Cream Cheese (Room Temperture)
1/2 cup Sour Cream Can use Mayo
1/4 TSP Cayenne Pepper
1/4 TSP Onion Powder
1/4 TSP Garlic Powder
1 - 4oz Jar Pimentos
1/4 cup Diced Jalapenos or to taste
Optional - Splash in Hot Sauce of your choice to taste. I prefer Truff
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix throughly. Add in the optional hot sauce if you desire to taste. Refrigerate for an hour and then serve on Hawaiian rolls, bread, or with crackers
Get your favorite flavor brat. I like italian sausage
Take off casing. 1 box manicotti noodles - boil water and cook for half time on directions usually 3 to 4 minutes Take out and cool. Stuff noodles with brat inners and wrap noodle in bacon secure with toothpick. Smoke in smoker 290 to 300 degrees for 50 minutes to get bacon crispy.
